Results are going to vary month-to-month but the true business impact is best viewed from a longer term time horizon. ⏺ Do not believe anyone who says "no decision maker is going to engage with cold outreach". This is something that gets incorrectly thrown around all the time in healthcare. 36 meetings in 11 months of active lead-gen disproves this. ⏺ Lead-Gen isn't something you can turn on/off. We paused active outreach for a month over the holidays. This was a mistake!! It took 2 months to regain momentum. There's a compounding effect to lead-gen (worthy of a separate post). Don't interrupt this. ⏺ Lead-Gen is marketing!! This partner has started to receive inbound requests originating from lead-gen efforts. These additional inbound opps are NOT reflected in this chart. Many healthcare companies over-complicate things. To my colleagues at Outbound Pharma 🙂 This morning, I sat in on our lead generation team’s morning update meeting and what I saw made me wonder: 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐠𝐞𝐧?
