Thrilled to share the GPT of The Sigmoid Rider; "S-Curve Strategy Co-pilot". Using #ChatGpt to analyze company annual reports vs. "The S-Curve Strategy" framework inspired me to create this #GPT and share it with a broader audience, in line with the open-source spirit of "The Sigmoid Rider" journey. You can use this #GPT to ask questions regarding: - Sustainable #Growth Ideas - Strategy - Leadership - #ChangeManagement Some use cases: - Attach a strategy document (Annual Report, #StrategyCanvas, Corporate or Business Unit #strategypaper etc.) and ask the GPT to assess and make recommendations vs. The S-Curve Strategy framework. - Attach multiple strategy documents (of competing companies) to compare and make #strategic recommendations for more differentiated #valuecreation. - Ask direct questions regarding strategy, leadership and #changemanagement. - Ask direct questions regarding the usage of #GenAI in sustainable growth strategies. - Ask good and bad examples of sustainable growth and sigmoid journeys of businesses, systems and people. - Ask business case questions regarding #innovation, #communication, #partnerships, #decision-making, #costeffectiveness. - Ask business case questions regarding #capability building and #productivity. - Ask business case questions regarding #capacity #management and #resourceallocation. - Ask business case questions regarding crafting a strategy for a company, business unit or a function using ready-made templates of S-Curve Strategy framework.
