Customer Week Enigma..... As we joyfully and dutifully celebrate Customer (the business lifeline and the main employer) week , may we also be reminded that the employee is equally important. As we do things to make the customer feel welcome and appreciated, may we ensure that our employees are also feeling welcome and appreciated at the workplace. Let us make the workplace conducive for all employees without segregation, those who were not hired by us, those who are about to retire, those who are not from our varsity or high school alumni, those who are not from our church, those who have different religious beliefs, those who have different political ideologies are all equally important. A welcoming and well-kept and maintained work environment is key to making your employees very welcoming to customers.
