Peer-to-peer car clubs - Question for any connections working in transport within local authorities. Are you aware of any LAs who have successfully incorporated peer to peer car club offerings as part of their private car use reduction initiatives? By this I mean facilitating privately owned cars on networks like Hiyacar or similar made available to the general public with provision of on-street bays? (as opposed to having bays for exclusive use of a car club fleet like Enterprise)
