📌OD6 Metals (ASX: OD6) - Excellent Metallurgical Recoveries Continue at its 100% owned Splinter Rock Project, located in the #Esperance-Goldfields region of WA⛏️✅ 📢Brett Hazelden, Managing Director, commented: “The outstanding results from our metallurgical leaching studies continue to affirm the #SplinterRock project as Australia’s premier clay-hosted rare earth deposit. With consistent recoveries averaging over 60% across multiple prospects, and notably high recoveries observed for each of the fifteen rare earth elements, our confidence in the project’s potential remains high. The #InsideCentre area within the #CentreProspect continues to shine, boasting dimensions of approximately 2km in length by 1km in width and thicknesses of up to 69 meters. Grades ranging between 1,400ppm to 2,200ppm TREO further underscore the project’s value proposition, complemented by leach recoveries averaging 64%. These metrics align closely with the essential value drivers we believe are crucial for the economic viability of clay-hosted rare earth projects. Of particular significance is the remarkable performance across all four Magnetic Rare earth elements, (Nd, Pr, Dy, and Tb), indicating a diversified resource base that is not reliant on just one or two elements. This diversification is a key factor for ensuring the economic sustainability of the project and sets Splinter Rock apart as a highly promising venture in the rare earth sector.” 📢Dr Darren Holden, Chair, also commented: “Two years ago we began the task of positioning OD6 at the forefront of research into geo-metallurgical exploration for Australian clay REE deposits. Our extensive #REE-bearing clay basins span hundreds of square kilometres, providing us with the ability to select basins based on superior grade, thickness and recovery potential. Through ongoing collaborations with CSIRO, Murdoch University and ANSTO, we have made substantial progress in comprehending basin composition, regolith characteristics, REE mineralogy and metallurgical recovery potential. The board extends its congratulation the OD6 team and our esteemed research partners for achieving this significant milestone in metallurgical understanding. This progress serves as a strong indication that our research and exploration efforts are positioning OD6 as a frontrunner for the future development of clay REE in Australia.” View the full announcement - 27 February 2024 🔗https://lnkd.in/gAV6YPvK Piers Lewis Mitch Loan #greenrareearth #greentechnologies #ESG #REE #MagREO #criticalminerals #criticalrareearthminerals #mineralresource #futuresustainability #exploration #investors #shareholders #miningnews #rareearths #DYOR #ASX #OD6 CSIRO ANSTO Samso - Compelling ASX Stories Noel Ong Samso Insights on Patreon - https://hubs.ly/Q02pGtNm0 🎦Catch #CoffeewithSamso Episode 193 | The Path To Production - The OD6 Story - 2024 | OD6 Metals Limited (ASX: OD6). https://lnkd.in/gUuE7pne

📌OD6 Metals (ASX: OD6) - High Metallurgical Recoveries Continue at Splinter Rock from Phase 3 samples tested at the ANSTO✅ 📢Brett Hazelden, Managing Director, commented: “The results continue to show that the #SplinterRock Recoveries are as good as or better than the Brazilian Clay Hosted #RareEarth plays that have gained so much attention over the last 12 months, and continues to affirm that we are Australia’s premier clay-hosted rare earth deposit. The Inside Centre recoveries of ~60% when combined with grades of between 1,400 to 2,200ppm TREO, across an extensive 2km by 1km areas, with substantial thicknesses between 20 to 77m, a low stripping ratio, plus low acid consumptions continues to be a standout for the company. These metrics align closely with the essential value drivers we believe are crucial for the economic viability of clayhosted rare earth projects both in Australia and globally. At the Splinter Rock Project we have no private royalties, do not sit over farming land, are located in a known wind and solar renewable energy corridor, plus we are only a short distance to the major port of #Esperance. We look forward to these factors being considered as part of our future Mineral Resource Estimate upgrade scheduled for later this quarter." Highlights: 💠Achieved high metallurgical recoveries, up to 90%, of MagREE in multiple Prospect areas, across 71 new samples 💠Average ~60% MagREE recovery at 25g/l HCl (excluding basin edges and carbonaceous shales) – #CentreProspect: 42% to 90% recovery of MagREE – #InsideCentreProspect: 44% to 76% recovery of MagREE – #PropProspect: 41% to 77% recovery of MagREE 💠Importantly recoveries for all MagREO inclusive of Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb are similar. This is the key to overall project economics for any clay hosted rare earth project. 💠The data is being considered as part of the future Mineral Resource Estimate Upgrade expected to be available this quarter. 💠Further Phase 4 metallurgical leaching and processing optimisation work underway at ANSTO 💠All assays contained in this ASX announcement are based on the 4-Acid soluble digestion method, aligning with the reporting of geological drill assays and the Mineral Resource Estimate Read more 🔗https://lnkd.in/g_KmdCpy Darren Holden Piers Lewis Mitch Loan Tim Jones MSc IAG IAH #greenrareearth #greentechnologies #esg #REE #criticalminerals #criticalrareearthminerals #mineralresource #futuresustainability #exploration #investors #shareholders #miningnews #DYOR #ASX #OD6 Samso - Compelling ASX Stories Noel Ong Samso Media: https://lnkd.in/geb_hMZn Our Distribution Partners: https://lnkd.in/gkvXVRd6 The Red Seagull Theory Brochure: https://bit.ly/samso0223 Subscribe to Samso Insights on Patreon 👉🏻https://hubs.ly/Q02qQLCT0 🚨 Register for free on #SamsoInsights Patreon. 🎦The Path To Production - The OD6 Story - 2024 https://lnkd.in/gumuP9x7

📌OD6 Metals (ASX: OD6) - High metallurgical recoveries at #GrassPatchProject, located approximately 30km to 100km north of Esperance in Western Australia ✅ 📢Brett Hazelden, Managing Director, commented: “Whilst our focus over the last 12 months has been firmly on our world class #SplinterRockProject, we have continued to leverage that work and apply it at Grass Patch. It is pleasing to report that all eleven metallurgical samples sent to ANSTO have surprised us on the upside of our expected metallurgical leach recoveries, with each of the fifteen rare earth elements also being broadly equally recovered which is one of our key tests for clay projects to be potentially successful. The results confirm further targeted drilling should occur primarily at the Belgian, Circle Valley and Scaddan Prospects. We have utilised our new bottle roll technique, developed in conjunction with ANSTO, designed and calibrated to reflect an equivalent six hour stirred reactor leach. With reference to the low slurry density used, it is important to highlight this is the standard slurry density used by ANSTO for all clay hosted rare earth projects inclusive of acid soluble and ionic diagnostic leach tests. As we progress further bench scale testing, it is anticipated that a slurry density of between 25% and 30% is likely to be optimal, as recorded on a number of other projects, with little to no decrease in leach recoveries.” Excellent metallurgical recoveries achieved up to 86%, of MagREE in multiple Prospect areas, across 11 new samples. Average 69% MagREE recovery at 25g/l HCl: 🔸#BelgianProspect- 47% to 86% recovery of MagREE (average 68.5%) 🔸#CircleValleyProspects- 76% and 82% recovery of MagREE (average78%) 🔸#ScaddanProspect- 48% recovery of MagREE (single sample). Importantly, recoveries for all Magnet Rare Earth Oxides (MagREO) inclusive of Neodymium (Nd), Praseodymium (Pr), Dysprosium (Dy), Terbium (Tb) are similar. This is the key to overall project economics for any clay hosted rare earth project. These initial metallurgical results when combined with the first pass reconnaissance drill program assays confirm further targeted drilling should occur at the Belgian, Circle Valley and Scaddan Prospects. All assays contained in this ASX announcement are based on the 4-Acid soluble digestion method, aligning with the reporting of geological drill assays and the Mineral Resource Estimate. First Class Metals PLC ("First Class Metals" "FCM" or the "Company") the UK listed metals exploration company seeking economic metal discoveries across its extensive land holdings, remains focused in northern Ontario, Canada, is pleased to announce significant advancements in field activities and supporting technical developments. Highlights · Coco East property- field work completed, base metal potential. · Sunbeam Project- 85 samples from Nuinsco diamond core drilling dispatched for assay. · North Hemlo- 25 coarse rejects from Dead Otter trend to be re-assayed by Photon Assay · Zigzag Lithium & Critical Metals Project- Award of an Exploration Permit for three years Marc Sale First Class Metals CEO Commented: “At FCM we persist in our aim of enhancing the value of the portfolio. The field work at Coco East ensures the property's positive standing beyond 2024, furthermore we eagerly await the results from the prospecting in a new area of historic potential. The review of the historic drill core from the Sunbeam Property was our initial focus this year after EGS ‘found’ the TerraX core. The significance of the review is the revelation that from the stripping at Roy and Pettigrew the host porphyry was proved to be auriferous: successful resampling here could revolutionise the property’s potential. Despite Dead Otter's assays being the highest recorded from the North Limb of Hemlo, we suspect coarse gold might be skewing fire assay results, possibly misrepresenting the samples. Adopting Photon Assaying, a relatively new method, may resolve this issue. Lastly the award of a further three years Exploration Permit at Zigzag, supported by the Whitesand First Nation is a welcome event. The permit opens up the new structure we delineated in the south and gives us more options on the core structure that we drilled last December. It’s been a busy few months for FCM as we enter the summer period with a lot of activity still to look forward to. As a follow up to my recent field trip to northwest Ontario we have populated additional information to the Data Room and received request from a further company to review specific properties.” https://lnkd.in/eh6ynSp3
