SAMSON CONTROLS PVT LTD INDIA’s Post

It´s been a year since I participated in the Pooja ceremony for the groundbreaking of our new factory segment at SAMSON CONTROLS PVT LTD INDIA in Ranjangaon (Pune region). A short while ago, I had the chance to return to see how much has changed.   What was once sandy, empty ground is now alive with activity: a buzzing construction site where the new factory building is steadily taking shape. The first test rig has already been installed in the ground-floor hall, and additional equipment for the expanded portfolio has arrived. A key milestone was the delivery of a new machining center, which we celebrated with another Pooja ceremony. By early 2025, the completed factory will nearly double our production capacity in India. It’s a place where "Made in Germany" meets "Make in India" – a powerful blend of strengths that fuels innovation and growth.   But the transformation in India isn’t just about bricks and machines. I also spent time at our office in Pune’s city center, where I got to experience the incredible energy of the team. Over the years, they’ve not only grown in numbers but have also taken on bigger roles in R&D, engineering, and procurement for the SAMSON GROUP. It’s amazing to see how much they’ve achieved and the momentum they’ve built.   On my flight back to Frankfurt, something caught my eye: the plane I was on was named "Offenbach am Main." It felt like a perfect connection between our big infrastructure projects. In Offenbach, Germany, we are building a new factory and headquarter for SAMSON.    Even though the projects are on opposite sides of the world, they share the same goal: creating spaces that enable people to do their best work and building strong foundations for the next generation of SAMSON.
