I am writing to express my concerns regarding the issues I encountered with the handling of my recent orders and the lack of proper support I received from your team on December 9th and 10th. Order Details SA163995405: Placed on November 25, confirmation received. Originally scheduled for delivery on December 2, but I was later informed on November 29 that the delivery would be delayed until December 30. SA302636297: Placed on December 8, confirmation received. Issues Encountered On December 9, I was told by a male representative that I would receive a follow-up call within 24 hours regarding the delivery issue related to Best Buy pickup. However, I never received any communication by phone or email. Order Cancellation and Concerns I canceled SA163995405 on December 8 due to a better offer elsewhere. On December 9, I received a notice that my Best Buy pickup option was unavailable, leading to the cancellation of my order. Eventually, all of my orders were canceled. I am particularly concerned that I was repeatedly told that the items were unavailable for purchase on December 9 and 10. Given that I canceled my order on December 8, is it possible that my original product from SA163995405 is still available for purchase?
