I bought S24 Ultra a week ago and there was a problem with the sim tray. The sim was not working in the phone. The very next day i went to the help center. And they were throwing all the blame on me as i don't know how to put a sim inside a phone. I have called their helpline and sent messages on chat support as well but they are not helping me out in this matter. They are just saying that we will call you in 24 hours but they never call back. It was a sealed pack phone in 100% warranty but i don't underatand their meaning of warranty. The person in the help center *Liaqat* first said that we will exchange the phone, the next day he called and said that we can offer you extended 2 years warranty and reapir of the sim tray. But when i said i do not want any repair as this is a new phone, i want an exchange he flipped and said that we will not exchange it and this even doesn't comes in warranty. You have to pay 9500 rs to get it repaired. And also he said that we do not have sealing tape to seal the phone back! Wow! A big company Samsung Global doesn't have sealing tape available????? This is shit customer service not expected by such a big name.
