Change is often hard won and slow to happen - but it does happen. Today I’d like to thank Nurse.org for featuring the first cohort of 30 #NurseFounded #NurseLed #NurseBusinessModel organizations to be featured at #HLTH24 with NurseApproved!!! For nearly a decade of attending some of the biggest and brightest #healthcare conferences in the US and Europe - I had often been struck by the absence of #nurses at these events. Which was crazy - as every conference always had panels upon panels of people discussing #nursing - but often with no nurses on such a panel. Everyone else spoke for our profession, created “solutions” for #nursing but never were nurses invited into or onto the main stages and exhibit halls to present their solutions. That is all changing - and I can’t tell you how excited I am to be bringing these 30 nurse founded companies to #HLTH. Wait till you meet them - they inspire!!! In the coming weeks we will be doing 3 LinkedIn lives in partnership with the #NursingBeat so you can meet these incredible nursing leaders! And a special thank you to all these nurses who placed their trust in us to change the future so that those who come next will always have an equal opportunity to the incredible opportunities in #healthcare. Here is the article - thank you Angelina Walker for making this article happen!!! https://lnkd.in/eA8qgEBD #NursesOnLinkedIn #HealthcareOnLinkedIn #LinkedInNews #FutureOfHealthcare #AI
