I've been reflecting on this for a while now... 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤: We conduct 10-15 interviews with B.Tech/BCA/MCA freshers every week. While their resumes are impressive, showcasing perfectly aligned skills, the interviews often leave us disappointed due to their lack of basic development knowledge. It's disheartening and raises concerns about how our #EducationSystem and #Universities operate. For many, it feels like just a business. Shouldn't the #Government intervene? Students spend 4 years in college yet leave without essential skills. Meanwhile, we train freshers in 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 on skills they didn't acquire in years. 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞—𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬? 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 - Academic grades ≠ practical skills. The gap needs urgent attention from both education systems and industries. - Education should focus on 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, not profit-making. - Parents often push students toward #Engineering, assuming degrees guarantee success, investing ₹10-30 lakhs in the process. 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬! Paid certificates and internships don’t equate to true skills. Focus on #SkillDevelopment through continuous learning and practice. 𝐔𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦—𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐬. To bridge the gap, #Colleges should collaborate with #TechCompanies to host knowledge sessions and practical training for job readiness. Students, focus on practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge. Remember, your parents invest significant time and resources in your education. It’s your responsibility to make the most of it. With a practical, industry-oriented approach, students can better equip themselves for successful careers. 𝐃𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄?
