HR:- Hey, as it's your last day, we wish you the best ahead in your future endeavours. Employee:- Thank-you HR, can I get my F&F settlement and the relieving documents? HR:- We will call you, once the documents and F&F settlement will be ready. Employee:- But, I gave the notice period of 2 months, so that you get the required time to complete my documents. I will have to come again for the below documents . Have you ever gone through the same situation, suppose your new job location is too far from the previous one, how will you go again to collect all the documents? As per my opinion, employees should get their documents on their respective last day. Please share your thoughts.
