Take advantage of online platforms to collaborate with peers.   💫 Utilise Resources: Make full use of the resources provided by the society, including publications, journals, and online libraries, to enhance knowledge and expertise.   💫 Seize Opportunities: Volunteer for leadership roles, committees, or special projects within the society. Leverage on quiz competitions, innovative challenges, awards and recognition opportunities.   💫 Seek Mentorship: Your journey is unique, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Connect with experienced professionals in your field to gain guidance, advice, and valuable insights to help you navigate your career path and overcome challenges. 💫 Contribute: Collaborate with peers on research projects, initiatives, or advocacy efforts and contribute articles, research papers, or presentations to the society publications and conferences. 💫 Be curious to find what’s in there for your perusal and stay intentional about your membership. Q: What has surprised you the most about FWIT? A: The members are welcoming and gladly offer their wealth of knowledge and experiences to help with an array of areas in leadership and corporate finance. What an immense amount of knowledge these ladies have!!! I’m amazed how small this industry is and how the networking opportunities derived from this organization have benefited my career.
