The revolutionary THE LINE project in Saudi Arabia is making incredible strides towards becoming the world's first zero-carbon, AI-run, and car-free city. Spanning 170 kilometers, it will eventually house up to nine million people and be the heart of NEOM's $500 billion mega project. With 20% of the essential infrastructure already in place, the first neighborhood, Hidden Marina, is set to welcome residents and visitors by or before 2030. This visionary development aims to redefine urban living, prioritizing people's needs, conservation, and sustainability, while providing direct access to nature and essential services within a five-minute walk. The magnitude of this endeavor is evident in its construction, with over 30,000 piles forming the foundation.
