When I was at the tail-end of my accounting training, I made a decision to use my accounts and finance knowledge and experience to take on roles that are outside traditional accounting in Pakistan (bookkeeping, accounting, payables/receivables etc), and got the chance to go the VC and tech route. We are currently hiring for a role in Pakistan for similar individuals who like to use their current knowledge to explore greater things. What you will get is to work in the Product Team at Metric, as a Product Success Associate, and use your accounting/finance expertise to enhance the experience of our users and to, over time, be involved in the growth of our product. The main JD includes: - Account management - provide proactive support for finance related queries and app usage, ensuring user satisfaction and issue resolution. - Assist in onboarding new customers by providing them with product training and support - Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for product improvements. Some things you need to know before you apply: - When we say 'entry level', we mean 'entry level'. No prior experience is required, and there is no range of compensation for anyone with added experience. The pay will be Rs. 50k/m.
