I've successfully completed JLL's 2024 Women in Leadership: RISE program! This program was dedicated to elevating female leaders in the organization and investing in our growth. We spent time diving in to ways to navigate the biases that women experience at work, negotiating for ourselves and others, improving our political savviness, and building a stronger career network. I met some incredible women in this cohort from across the organization - it is always grounding to meet with people that may be in a totally different sector but face similar challenges or share similar goals.
