Reflecting on my first four months of 2024: 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹: Aimed to create a comprehensive library of videos, blogs, and posts in Q1. 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Transitioned towards prioritizing 1-to-1 coaching and group sessions. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁: Felt a deeper connection and value in personalized engagement and collective enlightenment. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:True impact lies not just in content creation but in fostering genuine connections. 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: Emphasize impactful, personal interactions that lead to mutual growth. 💥 The New Year is right around the corner and this is the time we start thinking of our New Year’s Resolution. 💥 9% of people actually follow through and achieve their New Year’s Resolution. Most people give up after the first month. 😶🌫️ They don’t account for certain things. When you’re making your resolution, think of just like you would any other goal. Make it SMART. 💡 ✅ Specific ✅ Measurable ✅ Attainable ✅ Realistic ✅ Timely But if you want to increase your chances of making it happen, make it SMART-ER. ✅ Easy to Start  ✅ Reflection Don’t make the barrier to entry so high that you don’t want to start or make it past the first week. If you want to make true change in your life, you have to reflect, adjust and/or pivot often. You can’t just set a goal and expect it to be perfect the first time. 😤 P.S.
