We're back with an update on our earlier post on this very large multi-tank, multi-circuit Clean-In-Place (CIP) system for a large-scale brewery! The mix-proof valve assembly for CIP Supply and CIP Return is installed and associated conduit & pneumatic lines have been connected. The integrated platform for maintenance & access to CIP manways on top of the tanks is fully built. Over the next few weeks, our engineering, testing & automaton teams will do full I/O checks, HMI screen review, and FIT and FINISH verifications for quality review. We'll move onto full wet testing of the system where all aspects of system performance will be verified and our customers for this project will be welcomed in to join for a factory inspection to review their skid and learn more about operation of it. If you'd like to learn more about automated CIP for industries like food & beverage, head on over to our website: https://lnkd.in/gC9xaWnm #CIP #cleaning #brewery #multitank #multicircuit #sanimatic #mixproofvalvearray #IO #IOcheck #factoryinspection #testing
"Exciting progress on the CIP system! What have been the biggest challenges you've faced during this installation, and how do you foresee overcoming them during the wet testing phase? ☺️ "

2wI don't know what the rules are in the USA, but in Canada, the CFIA requires proximity sensors for Mixproof valves or for double block and bleed arrengement.
