Grow, evolve, thrive. Personal growth and self-evolution are essential for effective leadership. And let me be clear, it is always a continuous work in progress. A leader inspires and guides people, while a manager oversees tasks and processes. By continually learning and adapting, we not only improve ourselves but also inspire those around us. Embrace change, because it will always be the constant in life, and strive for excellence in all you do. As Maya Angelou said, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better." We learned the phrase as “If you knew better you’d do better!” Who are the leaders that have been a model of this behavior for you? #LeadershipChronicles

LeadershipFirst nails it again: When you are called to lead, you are called to serve. Great leaders have a deep-seated love for their team and are willing to sacrifice so their team may gain. This is what leadership is all about; it has nothing to do with elevating yourself on the backs of your people or, worse yet, tearing people down to make yourself look or feel good. You must be willing to place the needs of others above your own. When you are called a leader, you must ensure that your people are inspired and motivated every day to make a difference. That leadership and that's what real leaders do.
