Production Process: Tencel utilizes the Lyocell fiber production process, which is a solvent-spinning technique. In this process, the organic solvent used is recycled, contributing to a reduced environmental impact. Environmental Sustainability: Tencel fibers are considered sustainable and environmentally friendly as they are made from renewable resources, and the solvent used in the production process is recycled. Performance Characteristics: Tencel fibers exhibit properties such as softness, breathability, moisture-wicking, and wrinkle resistance, making them suitable for various clothing and home textile applications.
