In your team, you may find colleagues who support and empower you. Don't forget their time with you; have gratitude for them. And you may also encounter a few who silently compare with you or intend to undermine you or disrespect or corner you in certain situations. In such cases, don't try to take revenge on them OR stop yourself from supporting/guiding them at the workplace for two reasons: 1. You need not lose your character due to someone's attitude. 2. You should never become a barrier to your organization's growth. #Teambuilding #Teamcollaboration #Organizationgrowth #Culture #Support #Workplaceethics #Noego #Professionalism #selfawareness #emotionalintelligence #conflictmanagement #Teamdynamics
