5moIf you're here for the long haul, Damian Spring, at the very least ditch the fast track approach. Interesting to note that there are developers refusing to apply to the fast track process because the reduced requirement to engage with the locals and consider environmental protections doesn't seem right. The 27,000 submissions to the Fast Track Approvals Bill, by far the majority opposed, should set off a few alarm bells, you would have thought.
