I've realized that I need to be less inhibited. In other words, I need to be more disinhibited occasionally. Wow, CEO, I'm sorry you know this about me, but for the rest of the folks, I'm pretty reserved and and very measured. I don't think I overreact too much. And I realized that that was not serving me extremely well, that sometimes it is important to overreact in just the right way and just the right amount and show how important. So if I just take everything in stride and people don't, you know, and as the company gets bigger, they don't really see, you know, the, the, the urgency, right, and the, and the need to really, you know, solve this problem that that truly is, you know, the critical 1. And so I've had to sort of teach myself to do more of that and, and, you know, ways to sort of express that directly. So. It'll come as no surprise to you. We need to trade with each other because I'm I'm I'm not reserved enough as my exos teammates on the court would a test. But I think what I love about you sharing that story, anyone can be a CEO. We're all going to have our natural, you know, way we show up and it is important to be comfortable going OK, I'm going to have to apply a different style for different situations as well. So you know that you can't. You know, I think it's easy to say. Be yourself. But you, they're different versions of ourselves, right? And.
