The future of Louisville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looks bright! This is by far the best group of technicians our shop has ever had, and I have been blessed to work with. With quite a bit of blood, sweat, and tears, we’ve completely flipped the culture of our business. The dealership model simply does not work without technicians. At the end of the day, our processes, our software, parts department, and even our sales department simply would not be able to function without a reliable team of individuals that are able to navigate some of the most complicated technical issues. I often see luxury cars like Audi and BMW parked outside a local workshop. It always made me curious. Why do people bring their expensive cars to a local mechanic? I then had a conversation with a friend of mine and we came up with two probable reasons. 1) Skilled mechanics: The local mechanics may be very good at their jobs than the ones at the dealership. 2) Trust and Service Sometimes, it's all about trust and good service. Maybe the local mechanic treats customers well and does his job fairly. It is obvious that we go to people who service us well, no matter how fancy the product is. What do we learn? What really matters is expertise and trust! If you are good at what you do, build trust with customers and make a name amongst your customers, they are gonna come back to you no matter what!! This goes with not only fixing cars, remember this while doing anything that being skilled and trustworthy is the key to success!!

🚗 Another Day of Learning and Growth at Audi North Austin 🚗 I got to work early today, ready to sell my second vehicle for the month, but I realized the importance of solidifying my product knowledge first. Here’s what happened: 📚 Focus on Preparation: I decided to dedicate today to training and studying, especially about engines, specs, and EV vehicles. It’s crucial to be well-prepared for the upcoming weekend. 🔍 Transparency with Customers: I had a lead from the internet and spent the day communicating with her. She lives 2 hours away and wants a reliable vehicle within a $14k budget. Despite her reluctance to finance through us, I was transparent about the vehicle’s minor frame damage and tire pressure sensor issue. 🤔 Understanding Customer Perceptions: It’s important to remember that while customers may think dealerships always try to take advantage of them, the car business is still a business. We aim to make a profit while providing value, which sometimes means offering less for a trade-in due to necessary repairs and other costs. 👨🏽💼 Today was a reminder of the balance between customer service and business realities. I hope she comes in tomorrow to finalize the deal after our extensive communication. 🙏🏽Thank you, God, for the experiences and lessons today. Your guidance helps me grow every day.
