Great article. Positive Inteligece, a brain based coaching program, guides people to understand what holds them back so they can grow forward. As the article says healthy competition is good when used in the right way. The right way is to use it to keep improving and reaching higher. The wrong way is to eliminate the competition, diminishing reaching further heights. It is all in which part of your mind is activated.
