Dear SARS, this is quite a cheeky question to ask our Taxpayers… when SARS has answered all disputes an issued detailed reports, SARS will be welcome to ask this question. In the meantime…. Please give every tax payer a XMas prezzie by resolving queries, some going back years… and PS please don’t deny input vat without detailed reasons and AFTER SARS takes the issuers of those invalid tax invoice to task yourself pleeeezzeeee.

1moThis is a very absurd question to ask…we try by all means possible to stay SARS compliant but SARS isn’t coming to the party.,.I have been waiting for you guys to process my refund and the 21 days has lapsed a long time ago, no one is calling me to tell me what the issue is I took it upon myself to call in and the consultants are telling me they don’t know why I’m not getting my money as 21 days has passed and all my documents are accurate…when y’all take our money we must just agree and comply but when we have to get our money back it’s a whole mission and a half
