Duties & Responsibilities for Commercial Sales: Ø To source business from large corporate to achieve self target Ø Focus on risk management and consultative selling against only price-based selling. Ø Act as a risk advisor to clients and prospects Ø Responsible for their individual topline and bottom-line. Ø Support cross functional team in client serving/ underwriting and placement of business. Ø To seek market opportunities and identify growth areas in the commercial business. Ø Balancing the optimum product mix. To develop and tie-up with Association of State level/ National level for SME/ MSME related business 3. To generate revenue for Emerging Market vertical Duties & Responsibilities 1. Provide required support (Product Structure, Underwriting, Placement, Servicing, Claim Management) to locations/ region/ state to develop Corporate/SME business. 2. Provide support and guidance to scale the SME/ OTC line of Business in locations/region/ state. 3. Identify clients and generate business from them. 4. Structure products and implement processes to scale up the business for all lines of products 5. Identify various Associations (Small Enterprises) at state or national level to have a strategic tie-up for scale up the business from the members. 6. Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by company.
