A TOMATOE STORY I did something that I am actually proud of. And of course, it concerns agricultural products. It wasn't scientifically documented, and it's not even admissible so don't try it, but it worked Here is the summary. * X amount of tomatoes was harvested, and and supplied 25% of it was unripe. * the standard procedure is to do the post harvest ritual for this product (it's is something like putting it at an x°C for a few hours, before it's been transferred into the chiller that runs between
0-10°С. * now here is the problem: The demand was more than the supply, and we need ripe tomatoes.! ! ! so what did we do !? Leaving them to ripe out in nature is hazardous (you're just exposing it to sunscalds and broken tissues) Allowing them to ripe out in the chiller is too slow a process. How did we then do it? How did we get ripe tomatoes without it shriveling dehydrating, and having flavor imbalance.?? the story continues...
