EP-02 And the solution is here 👇 That is QMR Take confidence of top management with leadership clause. Replicate your ideas to department heads. Train and coach if required. Stream line all the processes and define, Re-define KPI’s. Document the process owners name. Bring sense of responsibility. Use periodic internal audits as ‘Astra’ for fact finding. Define timelines for counter measures. Support for implementation. Set escalation matrix upto top level for closure of counter measures. Communicate this matrix to everyone. Observe the change. Of course the initial days are not easy for any QMR as it is required to replicate QMS thought to process owners. After an year it is as easy as a wheel trolley. QMS is about mapping ToDo and ToBe Done. #PDCA Hack for periodic audit- Train 2 or more internal auditor. 2 formal audits, 2 Mock audits (limited documentation) Let's connect and share ideas to navigate with ease in Quality journey.

ISO 9001 has been a cornerstone for quality assurance in organizations, and these upcoming revisions aim to align the standard with modern business practices. The changes will focus on enhancing risk-based thinking, improving process efficiency, and integrating new technologies into quality management systems. As someone who values continuous improvement and adaptability in the workplace, I believe these changes are a positive step forward. Quality Leaders deal with risk and uncertainty regularly. ↳ They deal with a lot of process and product issues too. ↳ But they are NOT indecisive. ↳ They take calculated risks. ↳ They make decisions. ↳ And they own the results. If you want to be a Quality Leader, then: ↳ Learn to become comfortable in managing uncertainty and ambiguity in a quality way. ↳ Learn to take calculated risks. If you can't deal with these things, learn to manage risk and uncertainties for becoming a Quality Leader. Otherwise, It's better to be an individual contributor. Comments? Do you agree? #quality #qa #qc #iso9001 #qms 🏆 🎯🔎 📢
