creating a "Donna Regno" logo that incorporates visual elements representing empowerment, strength and unity Imagine a golden iconic figure with refined details, symbolizing both traditional authority and the modern strength of women. Integrate subtle elements such as vines, representing growth and interconnected lines to signify unity. Place "Donna Regno" beneath the symbol using the chosen regal colors. Ensure the logo is scalable, recognizable, and versatile.

📸✨ Honoring Experience: A Portrait of Strength and Grace ✨📸 In my journey as a portrait photographer specializing in capturing the essence of strong and fascinating women, I've had the privilege of focusing my lens on an older woman whose wisdom and grace transcend any temporal barrier. This portrait is not only a visually captivating work of art but also carries a profound message about the reality faced by many older women in our society. Too often, age becomes synonymous with invisibility and neglect. Women, especially, encounter discrimination and disdain when they no longer fit superficial standards of youth and beauty. However, it's crucial to challenge these stereotypes and recognize the intrinsic value of every woman, regardless of her age or physical appearance. The wrinkles on this woman's face tell stories of life, of experiences traversed, and lessons learned. They are testimonies of resilience, perseverance, and wisdom accumulated over the years. It's time to shift the paradigm and celebrate our older women for their vast experience and contributions to society. We must value them not for their external appearance but for the immense treasure of knowledge and perspective they carry. It's time to honor beauty that transcends time and acknowledge that true greatness knows no age. By sharing this portrait, I pay tribute to all older women who defy expectations and prove that true beauty lies in strength, dignity, and wisdom. We Are Not in Silos (WANS) is a project close to my heart, and I hope it finds its way to yours. It came to life as a response to a problem I faced when I started building up Elevate. When I began crewing up, I found that there were not enough women on the roster. When I spoke to others who were involved with hiring processes, they said that not enough women candidates who were suitable for the open roles applied. Clubbed to that my experience of being the only woman in the production rooms for many years and chats with several producers and supervisors who felt the same way. All of this brought about a few points of analysis for me 1) There was not enough visibility for women behind screen spaces who had already put years in the industry. So nobody knows about the good work many have done. 2) Much more needs to be done to upskill those who are present in the current workforce. 3) The stereotypical idea about women's abilities could do with a switch in perspective. Highlighting the role women play in media is not asking for charity. The focus continues to be on talent and their ability to perform and deliver. 4) By bringing visibility to talented people, it is possible for more people to continue staying in the workforce as, hopefully, such a representation, serves as a roadmap for some or many. If you see it, you could be it. Questions about representation further expanded the scope of the project. Representation needs to be wider and more inclusive. Hence, "We Are Not in Silos" came into existence to make conversations about inspiration, inclusive of women, non-binary people, and men who believe in creating possibilities for equal opportunities. To show gratitude for industry colleagues who make our global media what it is, WANS has been conceptualized as a worldwide project comprising of photography shows, panel discussions, and audio-visual works that aim to bring everyone together, outside of silos, because really, we are not alone if we look around. The 1st call of applications is open until 30th November 2024 and focuses on women behind screen spaces. To participate you can use the link here: https://lnkd.in/gPet-gUf To nominate yourself or someone you know who inspires, feel free to reach out to me with a short bio and link to some of the works/ IMDb or another resource. The 50 Over 50 Amazing Women Project is perfectly right for you... If: 🌟Your are aged 50 or over (a bit too obvious?); 🌟You are a woman who realises she only needs her own approval; 🌟You are SO over being thought of as an "age"! 🌟The only person you need to please is yourself; 🌟You want to reconnect with yourself in a far more positive way than you have done, of late. I decided to start The 50 Over 50 Amazing Women Project because I got pretty tired of seeing my contemporaries, and myself, being represented in the media and in life, in general, as no longer viable, vital, sensual, human beings. Nothing could be further from the truth! We are full of life and full of valuable experience, and are much more than simply mothers, wives, or grandmothers - however wonderful these roles might be! We are women in business, we are successful entrepreneurs, we have jobs, professions, and careers. We stand on our own two feet, and are beautiful and worthy of being seen and celebrated! And we are not finished, never mind being done! ❤️With that in mind, we still have limited availability in the project, before I close it once I reach the magic number of 50 women having been photographed. ❤️Are you in? Find out more about the project by visiting the page via the link on the first comment, or send me a DM. Let's start planning your place in something truly worthy of celebration: Your own story! --------------------------------- 👋🏻 Hi, I'm Andrea! 📸 Professional Portraits & Personal Branding Photographer. ❤️ I create Amazing Portraits and Personal Branding Images. 📣 Let's Start Your Journey To Visibility & Confidence! 🤔Want to find out more about my services and about working with me? 💌Send me a DM, or find all my contact links in my profile. ✔️ And let's connect! #portraitphotography #portraitphotographer #the50over50project #youareamazing #ypuareawesome #amazingwomen #beautyphotography #investinyourself #investinyourmemories #andreadegabrielportraits #cornwallbusiness #southwestbusiness #launceston

One of my favorite months, National Women's Small Business Month, celebrates the mission of women who are seeking out to serve, impact, and create capital from their innate gifts from the feminine. I've had the honor to become a portrait photographer in 2008, and since, I've created millions of photographs of human beings. Within those sets of photos, I have had the honor of capturing business owners that serve their clients from the heart, their brand, and their unique way. Something you may not know about portrait photographers: we get to do the amazing work of hearing where a business owner visions themselves to be, and we guide the photo shoot to make it happen! From makeup, wardrobe, lighting, location, and creating a variety of posed or actionable photographs, we literally CREATE what you see. Here are a few of my favorite photographs over the years as a female business owner supporting other women who are changing the world!
