The biggest mistake organizations make while building a culture of innovation is … Making innovation an event based approach.. driving once in a year hackathon-like event and then not do anything else about it at all Instead why not make innovation - fun, collaborative, actionable, systematic and tangible? It’s not easy or straightforward for sure. I had the incredible opportunity to share some of our case stories driving F.A.S.T. Innovation model in the last few years @ the Applications Development Meet hosted by a leading technology company in Trident Hotels New Delhi.
