Some weekend wall-running-through inspiration, courtesy of our co-founder Tim Hade - even (or especially) when the mission seems daunting, never forget what we can achieve together, as an industry and as a country. 💪
We just published Tim Hade's DERVOS kickoff on our website (full video) and podcast (audio only).
But if you don't have the time for that today, at least watch how he ended it.
We are capable of doing amazing things.
Podcast snippet: “the whole (approvals) process, the snakes and ladders as you go all the way up and you get near the end and then you fall back to the beginning because somebody moved on and got transferred” https://lnkd.in/dgag2g2dhttps://lnkd.in/edXqJF4e

“The path is always unfolding.”
This resonates so deeply. How often do we create these false starting lines for ourselves—telling ourselves that change, growth, or creation begins at a specific moment? While these starting lines can provide a sense of commitment and focus, they can also create resistance to change.
The truth is, the path is always in motion, and every moment is contributing to the next breath of creation. When we cling to the idea of a perfect “starting point,” we risk delaying action, doubting our readiness, or even hesitating to embrace change—especially when it serves our highest good.
What if we let go of these artificial lines and trusted the process as it’s unfolding right now? What if we recognized that every moment is an opportunity to begin, to create, and to move forward?
This shift in perspective has been a powerful reminder in my own journey—letting go of rigidity and embracing the fluidity of life has opened doors to transformation I didn’t know were possible.
How do you approach change and starting points?

🎧Are you even using the right equipment while guesting on or hosting a video podcast? There is all kinds of equipment you can buy, but what are the two 2️⃣ most important ❗️ pieces that you have to get?👇
🎙️The mic
🎥A good camera
👉In that order. Because if you sound bad people aren’t going to listen anyways even if you look good. 💋
Here’s some other equipment you might want to consider getting at some point: https://lnkd.in/gVdVu6h6
Prerequisites for starting your own podcast:
- get on TRT.
- develop an affinity for bourbon. If that’s not doable, take acting classes to pretend you like it.
- develop swear word vocabulary, and make sure to use them early, often, and unnecessarily.
