The future of Agile learning is evolving 📚 Gone are the days when we all packed into a classroom for marathon training sessions. With remote work becoming the norm and technology at our fingertips, we're all learning differently—catching knowledge in bite-sized pieces as we need it. This shift is exactly what inspired our Advanced Certification Paths—a flexible, modular approach to continuous learning that helps you master your role over time, at your own pace. We built these paths based on conversations with hundreds of Agile professionals, focusing on the skills that matter most in today's workplace. They combine live training with self-paced e-learning and hands-on practice, so you can continue advancing between certifications and throughout your career. You can read more about these innovations in Daniel Quick's recent blog "Advanced Certification Paths: Continuous Learning for Career Success." ➡️ https://lnkd.in/geQsmQ83 #SAFe #AgileTransformation #ContinuousLearning #ScaledAgile #FutureOfWork

🌟I recently had the honor of being a guest speaker for BOKF's Talent and Development Community of Practice, where I shared my journey with Agile Learning. This experience was a very meaningful one, opening doors for me to connect with numerous teams across our organization. I am humbled by how much this message resonated with others and it's inspired me to share it more widely, in the hope that it reaches someone who needs to hear this today. 1️⃣ You don’t need to know it all - Focus on understanding a small part of a larger concept. Traditional learning has its time and place, but at times can be overwhelming, often requiring hours of study to grasp just a few key points. And you, on the other hand, have weekly updates to provide, and objectives can't always wait for you to take a 3-month class and become an expert. Agile learning allows you to identify and learn the essentials quickly, helping you show up each week/month with NEW information to share without burning out. 2️⃣ Learning is better together - Ever learn something amazing in Microsoft Teams or a productivity app that would theoretically solve all your team's problems, but it never gains traction because your team doesn't understand how to use it? Agile learning thrives on a consistent feedback loop and experiential learning with your team. Collaborative approaches ensure new knowledge doesn’t fall flat when only one person understands it. Together, we can achieve more! 3️⃣ Embrace change with agility - Adopting agile learning has taught me to be less reactive to change. Instead of immediately getting overwhelmed by all the new things I may need to learn when an objective pivots, I now think, “Start smaller. What’s the first iteration to get me started?” This mindset shift has been transformative. These concepts have struck a chord with many, and I hope they inspire you too. Remember, you don’t always need to know it all. Start small, iterate, and you’ll achieve your goals faster without feeling overwhelmed. #AgileLearning #ContinuousImprovement #Teamwork #ProfessionalDevelopment #GrowthMindset
