The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on electrical products. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.   Key Responsibilities: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing of LV & MV products. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for LV & MV products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
