It also includes beam focussing optics, a swiveling gas nozzle, and a controller. Mating this with customer supplied part handling and motion yields a complete, automated solution. There are two laser options to apply the crack initializing scribes. The LFS with FLBK SC uses a 150 W, µs pulsewidth source, for processing truck or other large engine conrods. Advanced Board-to-Board Interconnects with Floating Capabilities to Avoid Misalignment Issues Now available via Anglia, the Harwin Flecto high-pin-count micro-connector components have an innovative spring-based suspension mechanism that means up to ±0.5mm float flexibility can be benefitted from on both their X and Y axes. Consequently, the misalignments that may come with automated assembly practices can be mitigated - with stress on the solder joints and contact pins thus being mitigated, and long-term operational reliability assured. Flecto models can be supplied with as many 160 contacts incorporated. The stacking heights available go from 7.2mm to 29.9mm. There are 0.5mm, 0.635mm and 0.8mm pitch versions - supporting 5Gbits/s, 8Gbits/s and 12Gbits/s data rates respectively.
