Collaboration opportunities become more visible when we get the right people in a room together. This was my second year to participate as a facilitator for our Bosch North American Wipers team. Last year they named themselves Storm Breakers (#stormbreakers) to show that they won’t let the storms get in their way of making improvements and fighting together to be a great team. This event allowed the team, coming from Mexico and United States, to build community through discussions and shared experiences. These are crucial opportunities to build team trust and collaboration to help them to be a High Performance Team! They identified pain points and then made individual commitments to take action on these points…with support of others in the group. The team now has a list they can follow up on to ensure this wasn’t just a “nice to have” event, but the springboard for change. Thank you for the invite to facilitate, Corinna Ortlieb, and to the planning team, Fabiola Rojas and Irina Prepelita. Thank you to all the participants for engaging and being open to new information, challenges, constructive discussion. As a member of EFfCI - The European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients RAPS working group, this was the first time I attended a presential meeting, I already knew some of the colleagues from the annual conferences, but it was great to have the opportunity to interact in a smaller space, full of #regulatoryexperts from all over Europe! Exciting to see what 2025 is bringing to us in the #cosmeticindustry with so many things going on in the background, I can only say that we’re facing loads of challenges, which makes our work as regulators and safety assessors more “exciting” (depending on interpretations) 😁 #cosmeticsingredients #weareeffci #workinggroups #raps
