In 1994 when they launched the first Anti Ageing Cream, consumer behaviour shocked them when the company came to know that the sale is greater than the actual market size. And the reason behind this was that the actual target market was 25+ years of women, but the maximum purchase was made by the Teen age girls who were trying to cure Ageing.
