Beryl has released its largest ever Rider Report made up of more than 13,000 responses. CEO Philip Ellis exclusively reveals how the shared micromobility operator is successfully reducing reliance on private cars. 62% of respondents said that they had replaced a private trip with a Beryl trip in 2024, and 63% of riders said Beryl has enabled them to take journeys they wouldn't have otherwise taken. “It’s imperative that we continue to use this knowledge to drive further improvement, ensuring our services remain as accessible and attractive to riders as possible.
