🌍🎉 Celebrating Our First Worldwide Safety Day Across Schoeller! 🎉🌍 On September 18th, we proudly held our first Worldwide Safety Day across all Schoeller Allibert sites, and it was a tremendous success! Every plant employee took part, engaging in safety workshops that included AED and Accident Management training. To further demonstrate our commitment to safety, members of the Management Board were present at various manufacturing locations. Matthieu Muller, HSE Coordinator, shared a reflection that perfectly captures what safety means to us: "The line between a minor incident and a major accident is often just luck. We’ve all had those moments of thinking, ‘Wow, that was close!’ Coming home safe and healthy after work shouldn’t depend on luck. Safety is a choice, not a chance!" Thank you to everyone for your contributions and for making safety a daily priority. Together, we’re creating a safer workplace for all! #SafetyDay #SafetyFirst #SchoellerAlliber #Teamwork #HSE

From May 6 to 10 each year, individuals, businesses, and even rivals come together to honor National Safety Week and the dedicated efforts of those in our industry with a Safety Stand Down. Safety Stand Down, is a specific event or initiative within National Safety Week where work is paused or "stood down" to focus entirely on safety. During a Safety Stand Down, activities such as safety training, toolbox talks, equipment inspections, and discussions about safety procedures are conducted to emphasize the importance of safety in the workplace. Today, during our Safety Stand Down, we enjoyed pizza for lunch while tuning in to a video highlighting the significance of National Safety Week. This was followed by an informative Fall Protection Training session conducted by 3M. Events like these are crucial because they prompt us to pause and reflect on everyday tasks that have become routine, often leading us to overlook potential risks due to their familiarity. Remember, safety isn't just a slogan, it's a way of life. #NationalSafetyWeek #SafetyFirst #StaySafe #3M #FallProtection #SafetyStandDown #Training #HES #Safety #Construction #StructuralSteel #Canam #Production #Team

Safety isn’t just a key value at Fero, it’s part of everything we do. Last Friday, our team took part in a comprehensive Working at Heights half day refresher session to ensure that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills to work safely and confidently. Members of our team who have already completed an CPO-approved working at heights course participated in a refresher course in the basics of implementing fall protection systems here at Fero. Our Maintenance Lead Jeff Tritton is also a Certified Training Partner-CPO approved Instructor. During this training he covered both theoretical aspects of legislation and hazard awareness as well as hands-on practical training to learn to properly set up and use fall protection equipment. Participants could compare examples of well-maintained and improperly maintained gear. These practical insights empower our team to recognize risks and ensure safety on every project. This training is part of our ongoing commitment to foster a culture where safety comes first. Thank you Jeff for imparting your knowledge and training and to all team members who participated. #ModularConstruction #ModularManufacturing #HealthAndSafety #WorkingAtHeights #SafetyTraining #ReadyToBuild Sam Caltagirone Alex Scopacasa Sabrina Fiorellino Sabrina Mattiucci Levi Dunits Natalie Moffat Peter L.
