BRAND IDENTITY is acting on those promises, every day in every way. VISUAL IDENTITY is delivering your promises to the world - VISUALLY - so that the right people GET it & want to come along for the ride, for a long time. Getting these things RIGHT at the start will mean the difference between success or failure. So when your heart & soul burns with a passion to bring a brand to the world, it's critical to get all of the above right to lay your foundations for long-term success. And by success I mean: 'lots of people love what you sell & how you sell it, you treat everyone you deal with fairly, respectfully & kindly (including Mother Earth) and you are able to live a comfortable life of your choosing, allowing you to GIVE BACK how you want to'. PROMISES + ACTING ON THEM + COMMUNICATING THEM = THE REASON YOU BLOODY STARTED ALL THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE! The most simple explanation is - A brand's image is the first thing that pops into someone's head when they hear their name or see their logo.
