Exciting Progress in Paralympian Swimmer's Technique Transformation in Just 4 Months! 🏊♂️ Witness remarkable changes in the swimming technique of our Paralympian swimmer. Despite no apparent improvement in the SWOLF metric, a closer look reveals a profound transformation. The right arm strokes have undergone a significant enhancement, showcasing a more refined stroke pattern with speed variations. The left arm strokes have also shown marked progress, with consistent maximum and minimum speeds, indicating a newfound rhythm. This enhanced rhythm is further evidenced by data demonstrating consistent stroke times and reduced deviation in Time-per-Stroke for both arms, reflecting a more purposeful approach to freestyle swimming. Noteworthy is the swimmer's growing trust in her right arm, highlighted through extensive testing aimed at addressing asymmetry issues. Various tests involving paddles and pull buoys have been conducted to compensate for physical imbalances and delve deeper into the root causes of this asymmetry. Moreover, this newfound rhythm has propelled the swimmer to meet the stringent #Paris2024 criterion for the 400m freestyle event, underscoring the tangible progress and dedication invested in this journey. myswiedge.com

What does go-to-market strategy have in common with pairs figure skating? For one, marketing and sales (when done right) are inextricable. The best marketing is excellent client experience and results. The best sales is excellent results and client experience. Ice skating pairs spend most of their routine NOT doing the same thing, but neither could do what they were doing without the other. When they ARE doing the same thing, it's the synchronicity that is most impressive rather than the move itself. Usually one partner has launch-and-fling power, while the other has fly-and-land power. Neither is better or worse, and both are meaningless without the other in this event. My favorite example is the Shibutanis' ice dancing performance in the 2016 World Championships to the song "Fix You" by Coldplay. Do you have a favorite? If not, I'll add a handy Ms. Mojo video in the comments so you have a few to choose from. ;) Happy Friday everyone! #icedancing #sales #marketing #theyaskyouanswer

What’s the secret to mastering a double axel or a triple jump? I get this question all the time, and it’s a great one! Let me break it down for you. A successful figure skating jump is a blend of multiple skills. **Physically**, you need explosiveness to get off the ice, coordination to control your movements in the air, and a strong core to maintain stability. **Technically**, you must possess high skating skills and a keen sense of rhythm. It’s not just about strength and agility; it’s about timing, precision, and finesse. Imagine launching into the air with perfect timing, rotating with impeccable control, and landing gracefully. This combination of physical prowess and technical expertise makes those jumps so spectacular. So, keep honing your skills, focus on your physical and technical training, and remember, practice makes perfect. You'll be soaring to new heights quickly with dedication and the right approach. Happy skating! 🏅⛸️ #FigureSkating #JumpTechnique #SkatingSkills #PerformLive
