Do you know the last time the National Apprenticeship Act was updated? 1937! The National Apprenticeship Act (NAA) authorizes the U.S. Department of Labor to manage the registered apprenticeship programs (RAPs) system. As an effective “earn-and-learn” system, apprenticeship programs need federal investment that can enable evolution to the needs of today’s learners, workforce, and industry.
