Topmix Permeable: Water-Absorbing Concrete🛣️💧 ✅Topmix Permeable is a highly porous concrete developed by Tarmac, capable of absorbing up to 1,000 liters of water per square meter per minute. It reduces flooding by allowing rainwater to drain directly into the ground or designated storage systems. Designed for low-traffic areas, it also filters contaminants like oil, offering environmental benefits. However, it requires maintenance to prevent blockages and is less durable under heavy use. 🛑Topmix Permeable is generally not suitable for snowy or icy conditions. In areas where sand or salt is used for de-icing, the material can become clogged, reducing its permeability. Additionally, repeated freeze-thaw cycles in snowy climates may damage the porous structure over time, leading to durability concerns. As a result, it is better suited for regions with moderate climates or areas where snow and ice management does not rely on abrasive materials. #FloodControl #SustainableInfrastructure #SmartDrainage #EcoFriendlyMaterials #TopmixPermeable #StormwaterManagement #InnovativeConcrete
