Proud to help bring Gotcha4Life's Mentally Fit Primary Schools program to life at Spec Fest!
What an unforgettable time we had at Spec Fest! Being part of the 2024 Schools Spectacular at Qudos Bank Arena was a brilliant opportunity to share a taster of our Mentally Fit Primary Schools program and connect with so many wonderful families, students, and educators. Our activities — from meditations, to colourful creativity on the colouring pages and other mental fitness exercises from our Mental Fitness Gym — created moments of joy, connection, and calm. What stood out for all of us there on the weekend was seeing how these small moments sparked big conversations. We even saw a young person create a chatterbox that wasn’t just fun but became a meaningful tool to share his feelings with his dad. For others, our quiet spaces became a place to decompress from the festival’s energy and recharge — a great reminder that mental fitness looks different for everyone. A huge thank you to our generous partner, Qudos Bank Arena for connecting us with Schools Spectacular and making it possible for us to be part of this incredible event. Your support helps us build stronger, more connected school communities and bring mental fitness to life for so many.
