Although I joined here as a Manager and not an entry-level consultant, my sentiments are the same as those of Charles: “It is essential to frame our time at Pariveda as part of a lifelong journey of growth, not just a career. My journey from Consultant to Vice President has been both rewarding and challenging. However, the support and investment from Pariveda have made all the difference.” - Charles Knight Learn more about Charles' career path: https://lnkd.in/gNUpcQ6e

I met Gill Scott FRSA in 2016 at the National Museum. She was humble and knowledgeable right from the start. In 2022, she became my boss, and I learned a lot from her tireless guidance and enthusiasm. Together, we led many successful projects, including our last project "Perfumes of the East" exhibition, which we completed in just seven months - a remarkable feat for an international exhibition. With Gill's guideline everything is possible. I wold like to summarize my experience with this wonderful leader: : ⭐️ No matter how satisfied you feel with your current skillset, there's always room for professional development. ⭐️ Be proactive in your career and take advantage of opportunities that come your way. ⭐️Guiding your employees with compassion and understanding can foster a productive and rewarding work environment. ⭐️Building strong working relationships starts with mutual respect. ⭐️It's important to listen attentively to your employees and understand their needs. ⭐️Always aim to be the best version of yourself, both personally and professionally. ⭐️Achieving your goals often requires hard work and persistence. Don't give up easily! Good luck with your new job at Misk Foundation , how lucky they are 💓

🎲 Seize the Opportunity this National Take a Chance Day! 🎲 Today, April 23rd, celebrates National Take a Chance Day—a prime occasion to grasp the reins of opportunity and pursue your dreams with fervor! Often, our reluctance to take risks stands as the chief impediment to progress. Yet, today presents an opportune moment to cast aside hesitation and boldly venture towards your aspirations. Throughout history, monumental achievements have been forged by individuals unafraid to embrace uncertainty and leap into the unknown. Rather than deterring progress, failure frequently serves as a catalyst for growth. As Dr. John C. Maxwell sagely remarked, "Sometimes You Win – Sometimes You Learn." Indeed, our deepest insights often arise from adversity, propelling us towards greater success. On this significant day, contemplate engaging in activities to honor National Take a Chance Day: • Confront your fears. 😱 • Explore new career avenues. • Tackle personal challenges head-on. Remember, taking chances isn't solely about courting risk—it's about fostering confidence, seizing opportunities for growth, and forging a path towards achievement. So, on National Take a Chance Day, dare to defy convention and embark on the journey towards your dreams. As the adage goes, "The biggest risk is not taking one."
