Such a brilliant session yesterday with Oriol Cuatrecasas and Roberto Priolo at the Lean Global Connection. Oriol and Roberto presented their new book Upgrade to Hospitality Excellence. On the cover, this book says it is a novel that teaches hotels, cafes, restaurants, spas and shops to create more value for their guests with less effort. As Oriol & Roberto walked us through their book, it became clear how the magic of Lean can be utilised for the hospitality industry as well as every other industry.
