The recent ransomware attack on Blue Yonder disrupted operations for Starbucks, Sainsbury’s, and Morrisons, proving just how much trust we place in vendors. The problem? That trust can be a weakness. To stay ahead, we need to: Vet our suppliers: Don’t assume their security is as tight as yours. Be prepared: Have backup plans ready for when (not if) disruptions happen.
