Last year I got the opportunity to participate in our first Gerresheimer Innovation Hackathon. It was an incredible experience, collaborating with colleagues from around the world and bringing diverse perspectives to the table. The event allowed us to apply problem-solving methodologies in creative ways and improve our daily work processes. This year, our team decided to put a fresh spin on our annual GKAM Workshop by organizing a 🚀GKAM Hackathon!🚀 Our upcoming GKAM Hackathon is an exclusive internal event dedicated to enhancing how we work with our Global Key Accounts, keeping customer centricity at the heart of the event. 🌍💡 This hackathon is all about leveraging our collective expertise to innovate and improve our processes, ensuring we deliver even more value to our customers. Reflecting on #MastermiNNd 2024: A Transformative Peer-Learning Journey⚡ “When meeting with Laurent-Dominique Piveteau and CEO CF in 2021 during one of their Summit, I knew this community had something special and that we should learn from them”, says Caroline Schwarz, co-lead of Scale-Up Vaud. Innovaud then embarked on an exciting journey to explore the concept of MastermiNNd, a structured methodology designed to help a leader solve a challenge thanks to trust, and impactful knowledge exchange from peers.
