We’re very proud of Georgie Elliott, (one of our Land Managers), who was selected last year for the 2024 Wates Future Leaders Board, (FLB). The FLB has a rigorous, high-bar selection process, and those who are successful in securing a place benefit from some great professional and personal development opportunities. Last month Georgie and other members of the 2024 cohort visited the Prism offsite manufacturing office in Coventry.
