How do you know your value? To know your value, you must engage in the process of self-awareness. From my experience, the more self-aware I am, the better I position myself to add value everywhere I go. It sounds simple, but it is a practice and process. Understanding my strengths and weaknesses is the first thing that helped me in my entrepreneurial journey. I divided my strengths and weaknesses into my natural values or talents. Another thing that helped me is understanding how I process information. The more I understood this, the easier it became for me to plan, consume insight, learn, and grow. Understanding your working style is also essential. It will help you adapt to your environment more efficiently and effectively. For some of you, this might sound like logic, but still, some don't pay much attention to this, and we often won't go back and remember ourselves about what is best for us. The self-awareness journey can sometimes be tiresome, and you can get distracted. It is essential to find entertaining ways to stay on the journey. Do you spend time on self-awareness?
