Sometimes growth comes at great risk but evaluating that risk comes with a lot of great insights into your company. Do you have the right leadership? Are your processes aligned to grow? What made you great until this point? Does growth contribute to that identity or dismiss it? Do you have the right staff to operate the business you're about to commit to? Getting somewhere requires a plan and a realistic view on whether you're ready for it.
